My name is Silvija Blažić, and I am a real estate broker at Kaiser Immobilien in Opatija. After several years of work in administration, I decided to change my career and devote myself to the real estate sector, which has always been my passion.

Through my work in administration, I gained valuable experience in organization, communication and project management, which facilitated my transition to the dynamic world of real estate. Every property tells its own story, and I enjoy helping clients find their perfect home or investment.

In my career, I focus on building trust with clients, providing them with personalized support and advice. I believe that the key to success in this industry is to listen to the needs of clients and find solutions that best suit their wishes.

In my free time, I like to explore the natural beauty of Kvarner and participate in local events, which helps me maintain contact with the community and follow trends in the real estate market. Along with a passion for real estate, I am motivated by the desire to contribute to the development of our beautiful area.
